Then you will need the following 2 patches:
Patch 1 - Mega Upload
Patch 2 - Mega Upload
Once you install these you will be able to play!
Install the game first - Do not start it yet! delete the icons from the installation on your desktop
Should go to: C:\Program Files\Atari\DeerHunder\
Install patch 1 by dropping it into game folder
Drop Patch 2 into the same folder and when it asks you to overwrite, say yes. then send the icon in the game folder. exe to desktop (create desktop shortcut)
